Jane Stevenson of the Toronto Sun reviewed Clay Aiken’s debut solo effort ‘Measure of a Man’, giving the ‘American Idol’ runner-up a lousy 1 out of 5 stars. Stevenson says the effort “is astonishing in its sugary-sweet, inspirational pop blandness. Welcome to America and all that’s wrong with music today. I’m not saying Aiken doesn’t have a good set of pipes on him. But this is a guy who should be doing Broadway musicals, not being touted as the next big recording artist.” Read more.
