Entertainment Weekly profiled the latest fashion craze of women wearing neckties that has been popularized by Avril Lavigne, Kelly Osbourne, and Michelle Branch. New York City based stylist Darshan Gress remarked, “Girls have to have a strong personality to wear it.” Clooutier stylist Stephanie Wolfe, whose clients include Avril Lavigne remarked, “Avril is antifashion, yet she’s setting fashion trends.”
