The Sun reports former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has finally reached an agreement with Telstar to relaunch herself as a hip-hop star.”When Victoria was signed a year ago there was huge optimism that this was the start of something great. The idea was for her to have a hit with something like a Kylie or J.Lo type song,” an insider at Telstar revealed. “But then this hip-hop thing came out of the blue – and after Telstar had already spent a fortune on some of her other tracks. As a result, there has been a lot of heated discussions about what tracks they can agree on.”
