The Daily Star reports former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham picked up her hubby David a designer belt following England’s defeat against Portugal in the World Cup. The high-tech belt includes a moveable buckle which can stretch under pressure. “Victoria was as gutted as everyone else by England getting knocked out of the World Cup by Portugal – but not as much as David,” a source explained. “He is pulling himself together now and she wanted to help cheer him up. The thing about the belt is that it’s very ingenious and will appeal to him and his gadget-loving mates. There’s another England player who is getting one as well. It’s not that David’s a big eater and needs the buckle to ease his waist after lunch, but it’s a great talking point.”
