Posh Offers Prayers For Britney Spears

At the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar after party on Sunday, former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham expressed her concern for Britney Spears while she gets help at Promises rehab in Malibu. “I wish her all the best, my prayers are with her,” Posh said.
