The Sun reports that Jennifer Lopez showed off a bit of a tummy instead of her normally toned torso as she went for a stroll on the Caribbean isle St. Barts, even though the photo accompanying the tabloid’s article seems to show exactly the opposite. “She’s really glowing and certainly has a little bit of something around her waist,” an onlooker said. “She may well be pregnant.”
