Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Wednesday night, “A study by Temple University says that prenatal smoking does not affect children’s test scores. To which Britney Spears said ‘see!’ … As you know, more trouble for Britney. She was charged with not having a valid California driver’s license. She does not have a license here in California. You know why? Because she’s here illegally.”
