For the third year in a row, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame act will headline the Super Bowl halftime entertainment. The Rolling Stones headlined the halftime show for last season’s game, and two seasons ago it was Paul McCartney. Now, Prince has been called upon to perform on television’s highest rated program.
