The Associated Press reports the Los Angeles Police Department has submitted to the city attorney’s office its case against Paris Hilton, who was arrested last week on suspicion of driving under the influence, an office spokesman said. “We will submit our decision by the September 28 arraignment date,” said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the city attorney’s office.
