Glasgow Rangers soccer star Peter Lovenkrands (bio/photo), who is desperate for a date with Christina Aguilera, saw his hopes dashed after rushing to her performance after his game at Ibrox too see her at SECC. The Glasgow Daily Record reports Lovenkrands was given the heave by his dream girl’s minders when he tried to talk his way backstage. Now he plans to gatecrash Thursday’s MTV awards in Edinburgh in another bid to date his dream girl.
