The Evening Standard reports that on Britney Spears’ first night out, the singer, her choreographer Columbus Short, 21, and four of her friends partied at The Player in London until midnight. They then retired to Britney’s £4,700-a-night Imperial suite at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. A source at the club said, “Britney is a regular here. She was very close to Columbus. I think the Brit has found a true friend in Columbus which can easily turn into romance. These things happen when you get close to people whether they are married or not.
