Rickey Smith Gets Booted From ‘American Idol’

Rickey Smith was voted off during last night’s episode of ‘American Idol’ after performing the Lionel Richie classic ‘Endless Love’. “America, thank you very much for letting me get this far,” Rickey, 23, said in a pre-recorded farewell. “It was good while it lasted.” Despite unanimous approval from all the judges, viewers voted him off.
