Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday night, “Ricky Martin, who once performed at President Bush’s inauguration, made an obscene gesture when he mentioned President Bush during a concert. Made an obscene gesture. People were stunned. Ricky Martin’s still doing concerts? I had no idea.”
