AFP reports Labor Secretary Elaine Chao is to meet with UNICEF goodwill ambassador Ricky Martin on Thursday to discuss child labor in Latin America and the Caribbean. The singer was named UNICEF goodwill ambassador a few weeks ago.

Congratulations to Ricky on this appointment. This is the second time he is a Unicef Ambassador. I know that this means a lot to Ricky, and child welfare is something that is very close to his heart.
