Before the Britney Spears concert at the National Mall during Thursday’s ‘NFL Kickoff Live 2003′, a bodyguard for the singer took offense at The Washington Post’s Reilly Capps when he began interviewing Spears’s tobacco-chewing, 73-year-old grandfather, June A. Spears. Beefy security man Maurice Eldridge grabbed Capps’s notebook and shredded three pages of notes. Dan Klores, who managed Spears’ appearance, told the Post afterwards, “The bodyguard’s action was the height of stupidity.”

He was probably trying to destroy the evidence of that sh***y ass performance because Britney should have been convicted of a crime because it was THAT bad.
How could he get rid of “evidence” by ripping up a few papers? The “evidence” was on television and on video mpeg’s, and on audio mp3′s too. idiot.
yeah it was plain to see to everyone how much she sucked on that show. but when things are getting desperate, people do desperate things.
It just goes to show that we see only what she and her people WANT us to see. Us “catching” her smoking and drinking….people “spying” on her and Colin making out…. It’s such a sad sad world that untalented people are so huge cause of these type of scandals!
