Patrick MacDonald of the Seattle Times reviewed Avril Lavigne’s concert Monday night at the Tacoma Dome, saying “the feisty singer commanded the stage like a veteran and kept a big audience – many of them young girls – in awe through a 90-minute set.” MacDonald added, “The devotion young girls showed for Lavigne was reminiscent of the Madonna-wannabees of 20 years ago. The little girls were right then, as they were about the Beatles. And they just may be right about Lavigne.” Read more.
