Rodney Jerkins Is Making Britney Spears Hip Hop Friendly

Following the success of Britney Spears in the hip hop community with ‘I’m a Slave 4 U’, producer Rodney Jerkins hopes to continue that with a remix of her latest single, ‘Overprotected’. Jerkins said, “They needed a remix that’s crazy. I kinda had fun with it ’cause I took it old-school. It’s an old-school-type rhythm, which I think is kinda cool because it’s an element she never had, but I still gave it her edge. I was up all night rocking that joint.
