Ruben And Clay Suffer Sales Slide In Lattest Efforts

Jim Farber of the New York Daily News examined the sales drops that ‘American Idol’ season two champ Ruben Studdard and runner-up have been experiencing with their latest albums. Farber said of Aiken, “Inside word has it that Aiken didn’t want to release a disk of mainly covers at all, preferring something original. But his company had other plans, perhaps with visions of Rod Stewart’s smash cover albums dancing in its head.” Read more.
