Ryan Seacrest of KIIS FM in Los Angeles premiered the new Heidi Montag song ‘Body Language’ on Thursday (August 16), featuring her fiance Spencer Pratt rapping on the tune. PerezHilton.com hears ‘The Hills’ star has been crying all morning after the song was played because “Spencer and Heidi were just having fun in the studio and working on songs.
