Sabrina Bryan offers health tips is a part of the empowerME Movement, a by kids, for kids movement that’s inspiring all kids to make healthy behavior changes and to become leaders and advocates for healthy eating and physical activity. Join the Movement at empowerme2b.org.

In the PSA, Sabrina advises kids to get 60 minutes of physical activity a day, drink mainly water, eat fruits and vegetables with every meal, limit computer/TV time to 1-2 hours a day, and get at least 9 hours of sleep every night.
