Salon Owner: We Could Give Britney’s Hair Back To Her
Esther Tognozzi spoke with The New York Daily News about her dealings with Britney Spears on Friday night where the singer grabbed shears from her salon and proceeded to shave her head. “I think the extensions in her hair were too tight, and she wanted to take them off,” Tognozzi reasoned. “We’ve kept the hair; it’s in a safe place. I was thinking if she wanted to auction it for one of her charities, we could give it back to her. Her bodyguards offered to pay, but I said I can’t charge her for something I didn’t do. They did leave a tip.” But since those remarks, it appears Tognozzi is set on cashing in on Britney’s hair herself.
