Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding is “excited and scared” about single life at 30 after her split with DJ Tom Crane, who confirmed the breakup on Twitter recently. Harding and Crane had been dating since 2007 and were engaged.
“I’m ready to take another leap,” Harding told LOOK magazine. “I’m entering a whole new chapter and it’s scary. Hopefully the best is yet to come. I feel a little more at ease with what’s going on in my life. I know where my career’s at. I know what I want out of life.”
Sarah is set to reunite with her Girls Aloud bandmates next year for the British girl group’s 10th anniversary, but she has other projects in mind to keep her busy. “I love to perform and entertain whether that’s acting, singing or modelling,” Harding added. “I nearly did ‘X-Men’. I got called back three times but January Jones got the role. I don’t know if I would have been ready for it.”
