Britney Spears heads back to rehab to keep her kids. ‘Scarborough Country’ host Joe Scarborough asked Star magazine’s David Caplan and former child star Danny Bonaduce if she can clean up her act. During the segment, Paris Hilton was blamed for much of the behavior shown by Britney, Lindsay Lohan, and Nicole Richie. The segment, aired Thursday (February 22), has since been removed from MSN.com.
