Scared Britney Spears Bails From Custody Hearing
Britney Spears arrived at her child-custody hearing Monday only to leave the courthouse after paparazzi surrounded her. “I’m scared. I want to get in the car. I’m going in the car,” the troubled pop tart said after stepping out of the car as paparazzi crowded around her.
When she got back into the Cadillac Escalade with Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib, People magazine reports police tried to talk her out of leaving, but Britney slammed her back against the seat and shouted, “No!” Eventually, Britney left the hearing she wasn’t legally required, but strongly advised, to attend.
Was the arrival and comments of being scared of the same paparazzi she is around every day a ploy to avoid what she really scared, the inside of a courtroom examining her recent bizarre behavior?
After leaving UsMagazine.com hears Britney dropped by the Little Brown Church in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley, where witnesses say she lit a candle and said a prayer. “Britney was only in here for a few minutes,” assistant pastor Bill Thomas said. “Our church is open 24 hours a day, so I don’t know if she has ever been here before. She did not get married in here. We welcome anyone, including Britney, into our church at any time.”
