Scissor Sisters Are ‘Crazy Busy And Writing New Stuff’

The Daily Star spoke with Jake Shears, where the Scissor Sisters frontman discussed plans for a follow-up to their 2006 album ‘Ta-Dah’. “We’re crazy busy and writing new stuff at the moment,” the 29-year-old said. “It’s going to sound quite different but we never set out to make just one sound. It doesn’t work if we try to shoehorn a style into our music. It’s such a great time for pop, there’s no way we’re going anywhere. We’re even excited about the Spice Girls comeback.
