Scott MacIntyre stuck around a long time, but his ‘American Idol’ journey ended Wednesday night. The visually impaired singer talked about his experiences on the show with ‘Good Day LA’ co-hosts Michael, Dorothy, and Jillian. Scott said he was pleased with Simon Cowell telling him backstage afterwards he was conflicted whether to use the save with him, and added he’ll miss the ability to banter with the judges. As for his vision, Scott says he sees 2 degrees of tunnel vision, which he compared to looking through a straw. After the ‘Idol’ tour, Scott says he’s looking forward to producing and writing his own material. Watch the interview below.
