Shape magazine talked to Janet Jackson to find out how she managed to get in such good shape after battling weight problems and she admits rather simply, “When I finally make up my mind that I want to do something, it’s never been hard for me to do. I’ve always been very disciplined.” Janet’s workout includes three days of abs toning, five to six days of cardiovascular workout and two days of work on upper body and legs.
