Secrets To Keeping Pop Star Schedules

Several pop stars, including Paulina Rubio, , and *NSYNC star gave their advice to Extra TV on how they keep up on whirlwind world-tours and all-out sleepless celebrity schedules. Rubio says, “Every morning, I practice yoga. It’s important for me to balance and important for me to maintain my body and my mind together.” Aguilera says her secret to a good, clean performance is simple. She says, “It’s the people that make it special.” Timberlake offers the following advice, “Practice, practice, practice and then when you are done with that, practice some more.”
