Award for Favorite TV Actress. “It’s just an honor to be able to be noticed for fun clothes and making YouTube videos with Demi, but to be best actress, which is what a love to do, is just incredible,” the ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ star says in the video. “So thank you for allowing me to do that.
