CosmoGirl caught up with Serena Ryder before a show at Joe’s Pub in New York City on February 25th, where the singer songwriter talked about not being defensive about comparisons, favorite songs from her album ‘Is It O.K.’, trying to stay away from describing her own music – which she says is a little bit of everything, and advising aspiring artists they have to have a passion for music and art.
