While Shakira’s 2001 English debut ‘Laundry Service’ vaulted her into global superstardom, it also gave her the resources to put together a world-class concert. “It’s the production of my dreams,” she told Ramiro Burr of the Houston Chronicle. “It took 13 or 14 years of my career to get to this point.
