Kelly Osbourne was forced to spend her 19th birthday without her family on Monday, because she’s busy promoting her new album in her native London. Her mother Sharon said on her Sharon Osbourne Show: “She’s 19 years old and she’s not with me or her dad; she’s working her little bum off in England. So she’s there having a birthday without her mum and dad. But happy birthday Kel, we love you.”
