‘X Factor’ winner Shayne Ward tells The Sun he pushed himself so hard to win the ITV show last year, he almost destroyed his voice. “I was due to start recording when I was hit with bronchitis, laryngitis and a viral infection all at once,” he said. “Simon wanted a second opinion so we went to London’s Harley Street where the doctor found a nodule on my left vocal cord. I panicked – I thought it was all over.”
