Shelly Kearns Makes Surprise David Letterman Appearance
Christina Aguilera’s mother Shelly Kearns was on the Late Show with David Letterman on Friday to take part in a special Mother’s Day Top 10. The top 10 was for the best advise you’ve given your kid, and Shelly, one of 9 mothers of celebrities in the studio (Dave’s mom was at home in Indiana), said, “Make sure your midriff is covered before going out on stage — I didn’t say she listened to me.” Other moms at the show were Leo DiCaprio’s mother Irmeline DiCaprio and Brad Pitt’s mother Jane Pitt.
With no mention of this appearance on Christina’s official site, and nobody on the former official forum at LiveDaily mentioning it, no doubt many fans will be angry that they weren’t told by the official site that Shelly would be on.
