The New York Daily News reports that the Santa Barbara County sheriff’s office will hold a news conference Wednesday to rebut Michael Jackson’s complaint of abuse while in custody last month. They plan to play a video that backs them as well. Loyola Law School Prof. Laurie Levenson told the Daily News that if cops are able to definitively counter Jackson, it could be used against him in court.
