Shock Your Mind Website Closes Down

Mari, the webmaster of pop music news website ShockYourMind.org has closed down her site due to legal reasons. She says, “I got a few threatening emails from law firms about infringing copyright laws for posting magazine scans. Yeah that’s right, magazine scans. I can’t post any pictures, scans or text from the following magazines: Blender, Maxim, Stuff, J-14, Twist and Life Story. Their publishers weren’t too happy with the idea of me posting scans people who bought the magazine made.”
