CNN’s Brooke Anderson talked with In Touch Weekly’s Carolina Bermudez and ‘Extra’ correspondent Carlos Diaz on ‘Showbiz Tonight’ about reaction to John Mayer revealing his breakup with Jennifer Aniston. “I think he comes off looking like a jerk, John Mayer,” Bermudez opined. “How many times did you have to tell us that you broke up with her, buddy? You know, it`s just not something that you do in those type of circles. Also, he has a creative outlet. He could have written a song if he was that upset about it. He could have gone on his blog like he`s done before. Standing on a street corner, talking to paparazzi about your relationship, not the best thing to do. Personally, I don`t think he came off looking that good.”
But Diaz was okay with Mayer’s remarks. “He`s an honest guy,” Diaz insisted. “Listen, he ended a relationship. He was asked a very simple question. He complimented Jennifer Aniston over and over again and he said, ‘I’m not a cheater. I’m not going to go cheat on her.
