Sid Rosenberg Gets Axed From ‘Imus’ For Kylie Insult

The New York Daily News reports that the decision to ax ‘Imus In The Morning’ crew member Sid Rosenberg resulted from a cruel comment he made last Wednesday about singer Kylie Minogue’s battle with breast cancer. Rosenberg speculated on how Minogue would look after undergoing chemotherapy and surgery. Rosenberg offered an immediate on-air apology, but was quickly suspended from the show by FAN execs, who ultimately decided to dump him.
