Simon Cowell Leaves Hopeful ‘Idol’ Singer Idle

The Sunday People reports Simon Cowell lived up to his reputation as Mr. Nasty judging a contestant in the second season of ‘Pop Idol’. Cowell raised one lad’s hopes by telling him to wait for him. A full 90 minutes later Simon waltzed out, saying: “You wasted my time, so I wasted yours. Goodbye.”
