Simon Cowell Says No To ‘Idol 3′

‘American Idol’ judge Simon Cowell told Good Day Live on Thursday that he won’t be back for a third season of the hit show. “I’d love to be able to say yes [to season 3] . . . but I can’t,” Cowell said. “Why can’t I say yes? I’ll tell you what . . . because I can’t. And you know it’s not about the money anymore.” Host Ryan Seacrest mocked Cowell’s threats as a money grab. “Simon says he won’t be back for season 3 – posturing, posturing,” Ryan told the New York Post.
