Chace Crawford’s sister Candice is speaking out about the ‘Gossip Girl’ star being linked to former *NSYNC star . “Chace is laughing about the JC rumors,” the Miss Missouri 2008 winner said to In Touch. “They have the same manager, and that’s why they are always hanging out.”
