Chace Crawford’s sister Candice is speaking out about the ‘Gossip Girl’ star being linked to former *NSYNC star JC Chasez. “Chace is laughing about the JC rumors,” the Miss Missouri 2008 winner said to In Touch. “They have the same manager, and that’s why they are always hanging out.”
