Skechers Lands Carrie Underwood For Global Campaign

Skechers has signed ‘American Idol’ season four winner to a global endorsement agreement. “Being a part of Skechers is exciting. It is such a hip company with a great attitude and image,” said Underwood. “I’ve been wearing Skechers for years, so for me this is a really great project. I can proudly endorse Skechers — and happily add more pairs to my closet!”

    if Christina and Britney can’t sell those ugly cheap shoes, than how do they expect an American idol winner to when the winners can’t even sell cd’s anymore?

    Kelly Clarkson is still selling CDs and the singles from her “Breakaway” album, have all been major hits. At least here in the US anyway. So far, she is the most successful Idol and I think she will last along time. The other American idols have sucked majorly in terms of sales. Carrie I think will do better than the previous Idol winners. Maybe even as good as Kelly or better.
