Smoking Spears Lets Her Food Get Cold

The New York Post reports Britney Spears was barely able to finish her dinner at Mortons of Chicago in Los Angeles the other night because she was leaving her seat so often to smoke cigarettes, complying with the state’s indoor smoking ban.
