Sneddon’s Moves Against Jackson May Nix Trial
ABC News reports that the prosecutor in the Michael Jackson child-sex case went after the pop star with such unusual zeal that defense lawyers may have enough ammunition for a mistrial before the first witness is even sworn in. Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon secretly interviewed key witnesses, conducted his own stakeouts and took pictures of locations relating to the case, ABC News reported. Experts called the behavior unusual.
