Britney Spears fan site operator Daniel E. Rhodes says he was stunned to see that the White House had apparently accessed his web site. The incoming address was eop.gov, and EOP stands for Executive Office of the President. Rhodes wondered if it was President Bush surfing Britney fan sites though he suspects it was a member of the Secret Service.
