Songwriter Set To Go After Atomic Kitten In Court
The Sun reports Atomic Kitten are set to be embroiled in a legal tussle with Andy McCluskey, who wrote band’s first #1 song ‘Whole Again’ and was canned by the Kittens who were upset he was taking too large a share of the royalties. “The girls say there was an agreement to split everything with the understanding that they would eventually get more,” said an insider. “That hasn’t happened so the band sacked McCluskey and his partner Stuart Kershaw as their songwriters. Andy and Stuart are ready to claim unfair dismissal. They used to be great friends so it’s a shame to see things get so bad.”
