Soul Train Awards To Honor Mariah Carey

The 17th Annual Soul Train Music Awards will present Mariah Carey with the 2003 Quincy Jones Award for Outstanding Career Achievements in the Field of Entertainment (female) during the live broadcast of the ceremony on March 1st. Mariah will also be performing at the show.
