Spears Family Friends Say Britney Suffers From ‘Psychological Disease’
A source close to Britney Spears tells People magazine that the troubled pop star has “suffered from a psychological disease for years.” Spears family acquaintances say that “there is no question she is bipolar … she’s had manic episodes for years”, though she hasn’t apparently been formally diagnosed with the condition.
Spears also has dealt with depression after giving birth to Sean Preston and Jayden James. “She had postpartum depression after Preston was born,” a source who was close to the family during her marriage to Kevin Federline revealed. “She didn’t want anyone’s help … It got worse after Jayden was born.”
“The tragic thing is that Britney loves her children and would never knowingly put them in harms way,” a family friend insisted. “Her mental instability is getting in the way of her making proper judgment and it’s extremely unfortunate.” Read more.
