Spokesman Denies Britney Spears Is On Cocaine

The New York Daily News reports lawyers for Britney Spears are demanding that Star magazine print a retraction to the story that the singer was spotted doing cocaine in the restroom of a Miami nightclub. “The only one who’s guilty of doing cocaine has to be the source of this story,” says her spokesman, Dan Klores. “It makes for good reading, but it’s simply not true.” Star magazine’s spokesman Richard Valvo insisted the tabloid “stands by its story, which had multiple sources and was thoroughly vetted.”
