Stacie Orrico On The Psychology Of ‘Stuck’

Stacie Orrico tells Launch.com that teenagers nowadays just don’t have the role models in their lives to show them what a healthy relationship looks like. “It just can be really hard because girls–you know a lot of girls don’t have a healthy relationship in their world to look to, to know this is what I’m supposed to be treated like…,” Orrico said. “And the guys–they don’t have their father around or whatever, so they don’t know how they’re supposed to treat a lady, and so relationships within the teen world end up being kind of messed up.” Orrico looks at that issue on her latest single ‘Stuck’.
